Fairbanks Community Garden
The Fairbanks Community Garden has been active since 1979, making it the oldest garden in town. This garden is made up of plots rented by gardeners. To learn more, visit their website or email Karen Bracken for plot rental information.
Located in the Hamilton Acres neighborhood near downtown.
UAF Community Garden
The UAF Community garden is a fenced in area made up of rental plots. Plot rental is available to UAF students and staff as well as members of the public. For more information about plot rental, reach out through their garden email.
Located on the UAF Campus on the west side of Fairbanks.
Goldstream Community Garden
The Goldstream garden has only been around for a few years, but they have made great progress. They host movie nights, work parties, and a farmer's market throughout the summer. For more information check out their Facebook or send them an email.
Located in Goldstream next to the Ken Kunkel Community Center.
Stone Soup Garden
The Stone Soup Garden was created in 2015 to grow food for the guests at Stone Soup Cafe. Since its inception the garden has flourished. The garden is always looking for volunteers and donations. Visit their website and fill out their contact form to learn more.
Located in downtown Fairbanks on the corner of Lacey St. and 12th Ave.
Community Garden at Corinthian Baptist Church
This garden features 19 raised beds and a raspberry patch. It is located on church property but currently run by volunteers and staff members at the Fairbanks Soil and Water Conservation District. For more information, send them an email.

Fairbanks Community Food Bank Garden
This garden features 5 raised beds that grow produce for the Food Bank. It is currently managed by the Fairbanks Soil and Water Conservation District. If you want to get involved with this garden, send them an email.

Hope Church Garden
This garden is in its first year. Minister Derrick Helms started the garden to grow food to distribute in the community. The garden features 8 raised beds and Minister Helms has plans to expand and build more beds next summer.
This garden is located on the corner of Barnette St. and 23rd Ave.
Noel Wien Library Garden
This garden is in its first year. It features in ground planted flowers and vegetales to donate to the food bank. It is currently managed by the Fairbanks Soil and Water Conservation District. If you want to get involved with this garden, send them an email.

Standing Raised Bed Gardens
The Fairbanks Soil and Water Conservation District installed standing raised beds throughout the community using grant funds this summer. These beds were installed at local organizations including No Limits, Alaska Public Housing, and the Food Bank's Food is Medicine Program.
